Opening Keynote Speaker Loes van Dijk
Climate Change Journalist – ESG Litigation – Climate Justice – UCL LLM in Corporate Law
Loes is a forward-thinking legal professional with an LLM in corporate law. While working as an independent legal consultant, Loes identified two critical issues: inconsistent reporting on global climate litigation and companies struggling to grasp its impact and meaning. This fuelled her creation of Climate Court, an initiative providing comprehensive and straightforward reporting on global climate litigation and environmental regulation.
Loes further assists lawyers by consulting on (early-stage) litigation, strengthening their fight for environmental justice. Driven by a steadfast commitment to sustainability, human rights, and legal innovation, Loes is a catalyst for positive change in corporate practices and legal discourse.

Riikka Olli

We are living through an economic transition, yet many conversations about money still treat spending, saving and investing as neutral, individual choices. I don’t see it that way. Money is infrastructure : it shapes incentives, behaviour and the futures we collectively build.
My work sits at the intersection of money, wealth and economic transition. I work with founders and investors navigating this shift, and I co-lead The Wealth Within Her, a platform exploring how our relationship with money — shaped by mindset, conditioning and lived experience — influences both personal agency and wider economic outcomes.
My perspective is shaped by a career spanning international tech and payments, founder and operator experience in circular business models, and being close to early-stage ventures. Across these roles, I’ve seen how often the missing piece in impact-driven work is not intention, but how money (and growth) is designed, allocated and understood.
Within The Wealth Within Her, we combine inner work on money beliefs and self-worth with practical frameworks for conscious spending and investing. My own focus centres on conscious money as a systemic lever — how everyday financial decisions act as quiet votes for the kind of economy and society we want to support.
I write and speak about money, business models and transition, often drawing on real companies and lived experience rather than theory. If you’re working at the intersection of money, values and long-term change — as a founder, investor or curious professional — you’re very welcome to follow along or connect.
